Personalised items

Personalised items are non-refundable unless damaged upon receipt or incorrectly personalised. Should this happen, a replacement will be sent. Please send a photo of the item to contact@bourneys.co.uk so I can review it and arrange for a replacement to be sent. I may request for the item to be returned, the postage of which will be reimbursed.


Non-personalised items

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, I will be happy to provide a full refund. The postal cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.


Item rusticity. The work of an artisan.

Please note, the personalisation on handstamped items is done in upcycled metals using genuine Victorian metal stamps. Each letter is individually stamped by hand and as such, provides a more rustic, artisan finish than that of computer aided methods such as laser engraving. Please consider this before purchasing.


Undelivered parcels

I use Royal Mail's 'Signed For' service to send all of my items. In the event of 'attemped delivery' your item will be returned to your local Post Office. Should you fail to retrieve your item from your local Post Office within approximately 28 days, the Royal Mail will return your item to me. The postal cost of resending the parcel back to you is your responsibility.

If you have not received your item within a week of expectancy, please let me know so I can track your item.

Postmen /postwomen often forget to leave a calling card with the delivery details of your item, so please get in touch if you're concerned about your purchase's whereabouts!
